A seasoned entrepreneur and startup executive, Joel Daly has a proven track record of establishing operational strategies that position emerging companies for long-term growth. Previously as Chief Operating Officer of HOSTING, Joel oversaw all operational activities while ensuring that each department had the tools and resources they needed to create the best possible customer experience. Joel spearheads HOSTING’s WOW training and advises corporations across the country on how to establish their own service-oriented culture. Prior to HOSTING, Joel served as COO of QTC Management, a leading provider of medical examination and occupational health services. Previously, he co-founded and served as COO of INFLOW, an application hosting services provider. While at INFLOW, Joel oversaw the construction, operations and availability of 14 data centers throughout the United States. Joel also co-founded and served as vice president of operations for LINK-VTC, a global provider of videoconferencing services. LINK-VTC was acquired by Global Crossing in 1995. Joel holds a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Rand and Joel worked together closely while Rand served on the board of Inflow before its sale to Sungard Data Systems. Joel advises Delta-v on data center, managed services, security and other Enterprise IT related matters.

Mr. Hallett is actively involved as Chairman or as independent Board advisor at enterprise software companies StrataCloud, Salesfusion, Cloud Sherpas, CloudTags, QASymphony and others. As an operator, Jon has served as CEO or interim CEO on multiple occasions, experiencing successful outcomes in each case. Jon started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University. Delta-v purchased shares in CloudSherpas from Jon and his syndicate of angel investors. Jon advises Delta-v on matters relating to Cloud and Enterprise IT.

Ken desGarennes is CFO of the Zayo Group, overseeing all financial operations as well as corporate development, investor relations, treasury, tax and legal. He has 20 years of experience in leading operations and transactions primarily in the technology and communications industry. Prior to joining Zayo in 2007, Ken was CFO of Wire One Communications, a videoconferencing provider and portfolio company of the Gores Group. The Gores group is a technology-focused private equity firm, where Ken was a Senior Director leading financial due diligence and negotiations on numerous acquisitions in both the telecom and technology market. Previously, Ken worked at Accenture for six years in a corporate development role, after starting his career as a commercial banking officer with First Union Bank. Ken has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland in College Park.
Andy Grolnick serves as LogRhythm’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and has led LogRhythm to become one of the leading security intelligence and analytics companies in the world since joining in 2005. With over 25 years of experience leading and growing high tech businesses, his accomplishments include playing a key role in building the Zip division of Iomega from inception into a $1 billion entity as its General Manager. Prior to LogRhythm, Andy held senior roles at Openlogic, Quantum, Rivio and Iomega. Early in his career, he held product management and strategy roles at Hewlett Packard. Andy has a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
